Welcome to Norwood Life Care Foundation

Norwood Life Care Foundation (NLCF) supports the mission of Norwood Life Society by providing funding for innovative programs, charitable care and countless services, as well as the funds to make building and program improvements. NLCF supports Norwood Crossing, the residential and health care campus located in the Norwood Park area of Chicago, and Norwood Seniors Network, a community outreach program that provides in-home care and services along with transportation to home-bound seniors on the Northwest side of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

The Norwood Life Care Foundation provides funding and support in four important ways...

• Supporting benevolent care of Norwood Crossing residents who have exhausted their financial resources.
• Sponsoring of therapeutic, recreational and pastoral programs, including the Brain Fitness program, strength training program and a highly effective Art Therapy program.
• Coordinating over 250 talented, dedicated volunteers who enhance the lives of the residents at Norwood Crossing and the in-home clients of the Norwood Seniors Network.
• Securing resources for building improvements.
